International Standards and Recognitions


Public environmental information is prepared following the international standard for the elaboration of sustainability reports of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) in its Standards version.


Lar España applies the “Best practices and recommendations” guide made by EPRA regarding the presentation, analysis and calculation of key financial and non-financial indicators.


The sustainability information published by the company has been externally reviewed by a third party (EY) with limited scope of review and based on the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards guide (GRI Standards).


Lar España participates annually in the evaluation of GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), a reference framework for the evaluation of environmental, social and good governance (ASG) aspects in the real estate sector.


Lar España also collaborates with MSCI-IPD and is present in its annual real estate index – IPD Spain Annual Property Index, which provides us with additional information and visibility within the real estate sector.


Lar España believes it has a duty to contribute to delivery of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and 2030 Agenda. In 2019, underpinned by the methodology recommended by the UN Global Compact for companies striving to help deliver the SDGs, Lar España analysed which of the goals warrant its priority attention, in line with its business activities.
