José Manuel Llovet has more than 25 years of experience in the Spanish Real Estate sector. He has held key positions in leading companies, within the Shopping Centers and Retail Parks sector, the Logistics development and Office redevelopment.
Graduate of CUNEF, Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, President of the Association of Owners of Retail Spaces (APRESCO) and Vice-President of the Spanish Association of Shopping Centres and Retail Parks (AECC). He was member of the Board of RICS in Spain. Active participant as speaker at conferences, meetings, and international trade fairs.
He joined Grupo Lar in January 2015, as exclusive manager of Lar España SOCIMI. He is currently CEO of Commercial Real Estate (Retail, Offices and Logistics).
Previously, he was Director of Retail Capital Markets Spain at JLL, following 12 years as Investment Management Director at Unibail-Rodamco. Also held positions in other companies such as SCCE and FCC.
He has managed Portfolios of more than €5BN GAV, leaded transactions for more than €4BN and developed prime assets for more than 300.000 s qm.
